FlexStaff is currently recruiting to fill critical positions for various clinical roles for our many clients acros Brooklyn, the Bronx, Danbury, Long Island, Poughkeepsie and Queens. Temporary and permanent positions are available (permanent positions are benefited) within Northwell and other clients. Locations and schedules vary by opportunity.

Outpatient Coder

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • CPC, COC, CCS or CCS-P certification, required.
  • Prior experience in acute care coding with outpatient records, required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated coding experience in the appropriate application of coding and documentation guidelines, required.
  • Specialized training in medical terminology, ICD-10-CM Diagnosis, CPT procedure and E/M coding, required.
  • Ability to decipher operative reports, medical orders and various medical records in the appropriate selection of codes, required.
 $40-$45/hour Danbury
Registered Dietician

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dietetics program, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in clinical nutrition, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, or if the individual has less than one (1) year of experience but meets all other requirements, must receive appropriate training from the PACE organization on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
  • Home care experience, preferred.
  • Current registration to practice as a registered dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), required.
  • Current New York State license as a certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN), required.
 $51/hour Queens
