FlexStaff is currently recruiting to fill critical positions for various clinical roles for our many clients across Long Island, Staten Island and the Hudson Valley. Temporary and permanent positions are available (permanent positions are benefited) within Northwell and other clients. Locations and schedules vary by opportunity.
Here’s your chance to refer a friend, family member or former colleague for one of the positions below. The referral program is available to FlexStaff employees upon completion of the hiring process. All referrals must be candidates outside of Northwell Health. Plus, when you refer someone and they are hired, you will be awarded 50,000 myRecognition points ($250.00 value). The myRecognition points will be added to your account once the referral is hired.

Here’s all you have to do to refer someone:
- Submit your referral and complete the required information by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
- Be sure to include your referral’s resume and add your information (we need this to award the myRecognition points if your referral is hired).
