Physical Therapist (Albertson) -Temp-Perm Position / FlexStaff

FlexStaff seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to screen, identify, assess, diagnose, treat, and recommend services for students with motor skill delays or disabilities. The PT will promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities, remediate developmental disabilities, provide support to families, and collaborate with other disciplines, as needed to address goals and objectives as indicated in each student’s IEP.  The PT will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding student services and subsequent needs. The PT will also be responsible for assigning tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants.
Qualifications & Education
New York State Physical Therapist license required. Prior experience working in a school setting and with children is preferred.
