Clinical Supervisor – LCSW or BCBA

Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
- Conduct regular team meetings, evaluations, and training sessions to foster growth and excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and behavioral teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Oversee documentation such as Service Plans, Functional Assessments, and Behavior Plans to meet OPWDD standards.
- Conduct site visits to residences, review records, and support staff in applying Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Advocate for the Minimum Effective Dose of Medications and support staff in modifying support plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the Training and QA departments to ensure staff certifications and ongoing education.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed LCSW or BCBA with a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experienced in leadership, supervision, or program management.
- Flexible and willing to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Committed to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
