Assisted Living Facility RN – Float 

Five Boroughs  

Monday-Friday 

 

FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an Assisted Living Facility RN position for our client, a leader in home health care. The RN Float will provide care in various assisted living facilities in all 5 boroughs as needed.  

    

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. 
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. 
  • Monitor residents’ health conditions and report any changes to the physician. 
  • Document resident care accurately and thoroughly. 
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. 
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Active New York State RN license 
  • Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent clinical skills 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic computer proficiency

When determining a team member’s base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity). 

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$125,380/year
