Physical Therapist- Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:
- Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Rhode Island
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine the need for therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with physician orders, agency policies, and professional standards
- Implement and adjust treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes thoroughly
- Educate and instruct patients’ family members, PTAs, aides, and caregivers in proper therapy techniques to ensure continuity of care
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities
- Evaluate patient response and modify treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments
- Ensure compliance with all safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
