Bilingual Nurse Practitioner Supervisor- LONG TERM TEMP – (6 Months)

FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to oversee patients high-quality care for diverse elderly and frail populations across Brooklyn. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff at our Diagnostic Treatment Centers in Bushwick and Seneca, ensuring top-tier patient care.
- Collaborate closely with community physicians to coordinate personalized care plans that promote independence, health, and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments, manage acute conditions, and support hospital-to-home transitions.
- Oversee documentation, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team, representing Primary Care Physicians and ensuring seamless communication.
- Provide home visits, urgent care, and emergency coverage as needed, acting within your scope of practice.
Qualifications:
- NY Licensed Nurse Practitioner with certification from AANP or ANCC.
- Valid NY RN and NP licenses, DEA certification, and Medicaid & Medicare IDs.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably with elderly or frail populations.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English—your ability to connect with diverse patients is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
